Em dias frios, parece que é mais difícil “domar” os cabelos. Com o tempo mais seco, logo aparecem o ressecamento e o frizz. Mas é a água quente do banho a principal vilã para os fios no inverno. É que a temperatura elevada no chuveiro dilata a fibra capilar, o que causa a perda de nutrientes. Por isso, nesta época do ano é preciso hidratar ainda mais os fios.

De acordo com o visagista Robson Trindade, do Red Team Consultoria de Imagem, Beleza e Estilo, a dica de ouro é aplicar um hidratante capilar antes mesmo de lavar o cabelo. “Passar o produto com os fios secos aumenta o poder de penetração, pois a aderência da fibra capilar é infinitamente maior”, explica o profissional.

Trindade explica que deve-se passar o equivalente a uma moeda de um real do creme nos fios, desde a raiz até as pontas, massageando bem. Depois de três minutos, tira-se o excesso e lava-se normalmente.

Segundo ele, o tratamento pode ser feito em todos os tipos de cabelo. O que muda é a frequência da hidratação. “Quem tem cabelos mais finos deve colocar menos hidratante e nutrir os fios mais vezes, a cada 10 dias, porque o poder de armazenamento do produto é menor”, diz o visagista. Já quem tem fios mais grossos deve fazer uma nutrição mais generosa, porém mais espaçada. Uma vez por mês já é suficiente. Confira outras dicas.

Prefira água morna no banho. No inverno, a tentação de tomar um banho bem quente prejudica os cabelos, deixando-os mais ressecados. Por isso, lave-os sempre com água na temperatura mais morninha ou, se conseguir, fria.

Use um bom shampoo. Escolha produtos adequados ao seu tipo de cabelo.

Faça banho de máscara uma vez por semana. O hair stylist Bruno Nunes, do salão L’Officiel III, explica que o procedimento ajuda a proteger os fios. A indicação é lavar o cabelo duas vezes com shampoo, tirar a umidade dos fios com uma toalha e aplicar o creme (na quantidade do tamanho de uma moeda de um real) apenas no comprimento e nas pontas. “Depois, massageie bem os cabelos, prenda-os e, se possível, use uma touca térmica. Aguarde de cinco a dez minutos e enxague bem”, recomenda o profissional.

Use protetor térmico na secagem. Na hora de secar os cabelos com secador, utilize sempre um protetor térmico. Além de protegê-lo de agressões, ainda vai ajudar a diminuir o frizz, de acordo com Bruno Nunes.

Distancie o secador dos fios. Não utilize o aparelho tão perto da cabeça, para não agredir o cabelo com o calor excessivo, recomenda Trindade. Também evite ficar com o secador parado no mesmo lugar por muito tempo.

Amenize o calor do secador. Preferencialmente, utilize o difusor de ar no bico do secador, para deixar a temperatura um pouco mais suave para os fios.

Use chapinha com moderação. Como é uma fonte muito direta de calor, a prancha deve ser usada com mais cautela no inverno, para não prejudicar os fios, ressecando-os de maneira exagerada.

Não durma de cabelos molhados. Ir para cama com os fios molhados cria um ambiente úmido e quente no couro cabeludo, o que pode causar o crescimento de fungos e bactérias, aumentar a oleosidade e a incidência de caspa. Se lavar os cabelos à noite, retire a umidade excessiva com uma toalha ou, preferencialmente, seque com secador.
Beba mais água. O líquido ajuda a hidratar de “dentro para fora”, inclusive os cabelos. Mesmo no frio, não se esqueça de tomar pelo menos dois litros por dia.

Cabelos grossos pedem reparador de pontas. Nos fios grossos, utilize o produto após a secagem com o secador para ajudar a proteger a hidratação. “Mas use apenas duas gotinhas, para o cabelo não ficar oleoso”, recomenda Nunes.

Cabelos oleosos pedem shampoo mentolado. Antes de lavar, aplique no couro cabeludo produtos que tenham menta na composição. De acordo com Trindade, eles têm o poder de tirar a oleosidade, mesmo com a água quente do banho.

Cabelos tingidos pedem hidratação imediata. Quando os fios passam por processo químico, a fibra dilata. Por isso, Trindade indica que a hidratação seja feita no momento seguinte ao procedimento para obter maior eficácia.
